Our courses support youth, foster youth, young adults, adults with intellectual disabilities, previously incarcerated individuals, and employees in building independence, resilience, and career success. What We Offer

Life Skills Training

At Empower U Training Inc., our Life Skills Courses are designed to help young adults step confidently into independence. These courses cover financial literacy—from budgeting and saving to understanding credit, debt, and insurance—so learners can make smart money decisions. We also provide training in contracts and agreements, ensuring young adults know their rights and responsibilities when it comes to housing, employment, or services. In addition, we explore coming-of-age responsibilities such as employment readiness and post-graduation pathways, along with practical guidance on IDs, travel, and vehicle ownership. By blending accountability, confidence-building, and real-world knowledge, our Life Skills Courses give young adults the tools they need to successfully navigate adulthood and create a secure future.
